Showcase events provide an opportunity for teams to play in-person tournaments with multiple organizations. Teams will compete with their robots and present their efforts to in-person judges so that they might experience an end-of-season event to showcase their accomplishments.
Only 2 teams per organization may register for each Showcase event.
Each individual team may select only 1 Showcase event to attend.
Registration will open without organizational limits 4-weeks prior to the event start date to fill any remaining capacity. The same team may place itself on multiple waitlists, but if that team gets invited to multiple events, that team may only choose one of those events to attend even if there is open capacity at a second event.
If possible please arrive Friday in time for Inspection. We will also open the Skills event Friday night. The more teams we have completing Inspections and Skills runs will help to ensure we can reamin on schedule Saturday.

We do not anticapte any weather related cancelations at the time of our event.
In the case of inclement weather or another emergency situation, all team advisors will be contacted via email and by text message. Please make sure your contact phone number is a mobile phone and can recieve a text message. While sometimes weather can be unpredictable, usually we will make a decision by 4:00pm the day before the event, if not earlier. The tournament title will also be updated so the "EVENT NAME" wil include "CANCELED" at the top.
If the event is cancelled, a full event registration refund will be given to all paid teams. Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
Please be advised that we will follow Omaha Public School District safety/COVID guidelines as well as Douglas County COVID guidelines.
