We will be hosting a NY State Qualifying Live Remote Tournament event on April 3, 2020. This event will also include judging. While this event will qualify for the NY State Championship teams from across the country and beyond are invited to attend.
FOR TEAMS FROM THE SAME ORG/SCHOOL: You must have a unique setup (field, game elements, camera, computer, etc) for each team competing. It's pretty much guaranteed both teams will play in a match at the same time.
Each team will get a minimum of 6 Qualifying Matches.

Note: Judging interviews will take place between On Saturday, Teams will be responsible for joining the judging room when they are available between their matches.
Note: There will be no lunch break. Please make a note of your schedule and plan accordingly.

As this is a remote event we do not foresee the event being canceled/ postponed. If the event is postponed we will reach out to the teams to find a make-up date that works for everyone.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Please email email@example.com to request a refund. Refunds will not be issued after March 20, 2021.
All teams are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices.
