This event is configured as an 'Invitational' to give priority to Colorado VRC teams who have not yet competed in a live, in-person, Change Up tournament. If you would like to attend, please register for the Waiting List. The Event Host will give priority to those teams who have not yet competed in person, who have only competed in one event, or in very few events, in that order. Then the event will be filled with other waitlisted teams on a first-come-first-served basis. You will be notfied by email when your team is put into the event. Questions? We will take everyone's temperature as they come in, and reserve the right to turn away an entire team if one in the party has an elevated temperature. We advise teams to self-check for COVID-19 symptoms before driving to the tournament to avoid a problem at check in.

Wearing masks/facial coverings and maintaining social distancing will be enforced.
In order to keep numbers down, spectators will not be allowed. Organizations are requested to limit the number of on-site participants to essential student team members, and up to two coaches, up to 4 persons only. A communication will be sent out to registered teams prior to the event to obtain a total attendance headcount. No additional headcount will be allowed in on the day of the event that exceeds this total.

This being the 3rd Live In-person Event of the season and with covid guidelines in place we will move as efficiently as we can. We expect to move faster than this schedule so please be flexible. We are dedicated to having a Fun Time Together and following covid guidelines so that all are 100% Safe.
Due to the need to keep total attendance numbers down, we will accept volunteers in advance and include them in our total headcount for the event. Please contact us (below) to sign up as a volunteer. Please include your Team Number with your Sign Up.

Should we have to cancel the event we will refund teams, minus the non-refundable $5.00 RobotEvents fee.
Please do not bring your team to this event if any member of your party is sick. We reserve the right to turn your group away if any member of the group exhibits COVID-19 symptoms, or if the Health Questionnaire (below) indicates that they are at risk for having been exposed to COVID-19.
