General Info

Remote skills-only event organized by the NASA IV&V Education Resource Center, Fairmont State University, and WV Robotics Alliance.

Please view our virtual drivers' meeting for more information and technical requirements for participating in our remote skills-only events.

Each team will be allocated a 20-minute block to complete inspection and their 6 skills runs, and will also schedule a time to be interviewed by judges. Blocks will be scheduled after registration closes.

Teams are strongly encouraged to complete inspection on Friday to save time.

NOTE: This event will be run concurrently with the 2021 WV VEX U Qualifier. If the total number of teams registered for both events is more than we can process in one day, we will add additional time slots on Friday afternoon for some teams to complete their skills runs.

Meetings will be held via Zoom, and the join link will be sent to registered teams via email.

75% of this event's spots are reserved for teams from West Virginia. If your team is from another region but there are no spots left, feel free to join the waitlist. We may choose to admit additional out-of-state teams to fill the event after the registration deadline.
