Judging: Teams will sign up for a 15 minute time slot 9AM - 2PM on Friday (04/02)
Inspections: Thursday (04/01): 4-6 PM MST
Pre-recorded Event Meeting: Sent to coaches on Thursday (04/01) to watch with the team
Skills: Thursday (04/01) 2:30PM - 5:00PM and Friday (04/02), 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM MST, 30 minutes per team to complete up to (3) Driver and (3) Programming Robot Skills matches.
7:30 AM MST – Video conference open, pre-event setup (no teams)
8:00 AM MST – Event open to teams to join and verify technology works
8:30 AM MST – All teams join, security checks, registration
9:00 AM MST – Welcome / Driver's meeting (All Teams must join)
9:30 AM MST – Matches begin (Each team will pre-register for a 30 minute slot to compete. Once matches begin, you will only need to be online during your slot.)
12:30 PM MST – Break
1:00 PM MST – Matches resume
4:00 PM MST – Matches end
4:15 PM MST – Awards
4:30 PM MST – Video conference closed
4:45 PM MST – Review event, debrief with volunteers (no teams)
We are open to using referees and judges from out of our area. If you have some one that would like to help out make sure they are trained and have watched all the referee videos and passed the referee test.
If the tournament has to be cancelled because of Covid closures etc. we will reimburse the registration fee minus the $5 RobotEvents processing fee.
Refunds will be made if your teams can not access the field in your school because of Covid closures, minus the $5 RobotEvents processing fee.

Since you will not be traveling here I thought I would give you a brief description of where we are. Wood River High School is 10 miles south of the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. and also a nordic Olympic training center. Numerous winter olympians have come from our small county of 23,000 people.
