All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
***This VRC tournament is for Madison County Schools teams only.
This tournament will focus on programming and driving skills, as well as the engineering noteook. The robot skills will be scheduled with each team individually where the team will be able to run both driver and programming skills. The engineering notebook will be submitted with pre-recorded team interviews (details coming soon).
This tourmament will follow all safety guidelines as required by Madison County Schools and our state and local government.

In the event the event partner must cancel the event due to inclement weather, coaches will be contacted immediately.
With the minimal fee for this event that just covers the cost of using RobotEvents, there will be NO REFUNDS for this event.
