7:45am Registration, Inspection, and Doors open
8:00am Skills Field opens for inspected teams
9:00am Registration and Inspection closes
9:15am Drivers Meeting/Opening Ceremony
9:30am - 12:00pm Qualification Rounds begin
12:00pm -12:30pm Lunch Break (Concessions open with pre-packaged lunch available)
12:30pm - 3:00 pm Qualification Rounds Resume
3:00pm Alliance Selection (Skills fields will close at this point in the event even if we are running ahead of schedule.)
3:30pm Elimination Rounds Begin and Awards
4:00pm Event Closes

The safety of players, coaches, and volunteers is our first priority. This includes travel hazards in case of inclement weather. Every effort will be made to keep the event running on-time, but only in extreme circumstances we may delay the start or postpone to the following day. Due to this please consider arriving the night before in case inclement weather is forcasted.
Updates/Cancellations will be entered on the event site as soon as decisions are made and e-mailed to registered teams.
There will be no refunds given for this event. In the event of a cancellation due to COVID circumstances it will be changed to a virtual skills competition with judging.
Masks will be required for the duration of the tournament. All team pits and alliance stations will be socially distanced as well.
