Waitlist

Please login to add or remove teams from the waiting list.

1. Categories
Teams must register and then compete either as a VRC MS team or a VRC HS team.
2. Spots for Worlds
Based on VRC Qualifying Criteria published on REC Foundation website for this season, Thailand will receive 1 High School and 1 Middle School spots for VEX Worlds.
3. Awards
As this tournament is a blended MS and HS event, there will be two Excellence awards -- Excellence High School and Excellence Middle School if each grade will have at least two teams attend.  Spots for Worlds will be allocated to those two Excellence Awards.
Please note if no teams submit Engineering Notebook, we will not issue Excellence award. In that case, the VEX Worlds spot for each category (MS or HS) will go to the highest Skills ranked team of Thailand in this season.
4. International Teams
If some international teams will compete at this event, those teams can win the awards like Excellence but they will not get the Thailand spot for Worlds. (e.g. If an international HS team wins the Excellence Award for HS, the HS Worlds spot for Thailand team will go to the highest - ranked Thailand team in the HS Skills Challenge. The same applies to MS. If an international MS team wins the Excellence Award - MS, the MS Worlds spot for Thailand team will go to the highest-ranked Thailand team in the MS Skills Challenge.)
5. Bonus Spots for Worlds
As at the time of posting, the bonus spots for Worlds (if there will be any this season) could be allocated to the rest tournament awards (e.g. Tournament Champions) following the spot levels stated on qualifying criteria.
VEX/RECF said the following.
-- Bonus spots will be added after Jan. 1, 2021, usually be published in Feb., to countries/regions that have well-above average growth, to rebalance the allocations based on team registration numbers as of January 1, 2021.

6. World Skills Challenge Rankings
-- Skills results will not contribute to World Skills Ranking.
