General Info

Welcome to Warsaw Robotics Vex State Qualifier.  We are holding our tournament in a new building, TRAC (Tiger Recreational and Activity Center).  This is located at the back of the Warsaw Community High School.  Concessions will be available.  Pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, chips, pop, and candy.  

No spectators allowed.

Masks covering mouth and nose are required at all times.

Any updates with government restrictions due to Covid-19 will be posted.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Please check your email for bad weather cancellation. 

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed following the event. (Refunds will be minus the processing fee from Robotevents.com)

If the event is cancelled due to a COVID shutdown, refunds (minus the RobotEvents processing fee) will be issued.

Please do not bring your team to this event if they are sick.  The following health screening questionnaire will be required of every team member and coach when they arrive at the event:
