Marion County STEM 4-H Club is hosting our first tournament outside of the KIDS Inc Building. We have gone from the very outdated to the very updated in terms of our facility. We thank our hosts from Purdue Polytechnic High School for their assistance in bringing you what we believe will be a fantastic tournament during these crazy times.
We will post updates here concerning any government restrictions due to Covid-19. Of course, in these uncertain times, there may be changes forced upon us. As STEM people, we will adapt and overcome the obstacles as best we can. Please check back here for any changes.
In the meantime, be prepared to follow any federal, state, and city regulations concerning social distancing, masks, and the number of spectators allowed. Since those items seems to be a moving target, we will wait until closer to discuss specifics. Our plan, though, is to allow ample space in pits so that teams can properly social distance. We also will have traffic patterns set up in such a way to assist with compliance.
Thanks in advance for your assistance during these crazy times.
We will open the doors early so as to give teams ample time to check in and get inspected.

Because this event is a fundraising opportunity for our 4-H program and there are several expenses associated with hosting event even if the event is canceled, our policy is that we do not issue refunds. We may consider options like partial or full credit toward a future event at the sole discretion of the event partner based on extreme cases.
Current government regulations will be followed.
