This is Minnesota's State Championship for VRC Middle School teams. This event is the largest event in Minnesota, with teams from high school, middle school, and IQ competing under one roof.

Thursday April 15:
6:00 PM Early Bird Check-in/ Inspections Please if you are in the area come to Early Bird check in and inspections. This will reduce the time in the morning.
8:00 PM - Venue Closes - All teams must leave
Friday April 16:
7:30 AM: Check in/inspection; Practice Fields Open
8:00 AM: All teams need to be checked in & notebooks turned in
9:00 AM: Check in/Inspection closes
9:00 AM: Opening Ceremony/Team Parade - Limit 2 per team - the rest will watch from the PIT Area. First 8 teams please have robots on fields prior to Opening.
9:30 AM: Qualification rounds begin
12:30 PM: Lunch Break
1:00PM: Qualification rounds continue
3:00 PM: End qualifications
3:15 PM: Alliance Selection for elimination rounds
3:30 PM: Elimination rounds
4:30 PM: Closing and Awards Ceremony
5:00 PM all teams must be out of Rivers Edge. (or a half hour after Closing Cermony which ever one is later)
We need alot of volunteers! Please consider helping out.
Due to the size of this event, this event will not be cancelled. If bad weather was to occur, use your own descretion on attending the event. Some suggestions are to come a day early to get ahead of the weather, or stay a day later to avoid.
There are no refunds for this event at all.
Masks will be provide to all teams, volunteers coaching. There can only be 250 people there for the day. Wristbands will be given out and must be worn and visiable at all times. Wrong color wristband or no wristband could shutdown the entire tournament, so please respect this.
Maps will be provided on the directions teams will move in and out of the competition area.
Teams will stay in their booths as much as possible.
Box lunches will be provide to everyone on the competition side. These lunches must be ate in their pit area.
Judges will come to you in your pit area
Social distance is required by all.
Masks must be worn at all times.
No Outside Food is allowed.
