Masks and Hand Sanitizer: Face coverings will be required for everyone, everywhere throughout the tournament, in the stands, pits, and at the fields. No exceptions. Each team should bring their own hand sanitizer for the pit area.
Concessions: No concessions will be offered at this event. Outside coolers or food are allowed within a team. There will be a general drop off area if teams decide to order in fast food/pizza. There will be no official lunch break. Thank you for your cooperation.
Team Attendance: Only three team members per registered team along with an advisor will be allowed to attend this tournament.
Spectator Attendance: Only parents of participants will be allowed to attend. The pit area and playing field space are limited for COVID and social distance reasons. An amphitheater, in the same building, will have a live stream of the tournament. Spectators are expected to stay in the designated viewing area or off premises.
Keep in Mind: Things can change quickly with the COVID situation. Please check back regularly for any updates or cancellations.
Participation and Consent Form
All team members, coaches and adult mentors should fill out the online consent form which is good all season and for all REC run events. Note: the Create U.S. Open is a separate event run by a different group and has its own consent form. A link to the instructions for online consent form can be found here.

Teams MUST be checked-in by 9:30, as the Match Schedule will be run at that time and CANNOT be re-run. If your team is running late, call the Event Partner or the match schedule will be run WITHOUT your team.

No refund is available for this tournament if it's cancelled due to COVID 19, weather, or if your teams are unable to attend for any reason.
