This event is for Kansas high school teams only. We will have one competition field only. These requirements are subject to change, please make sure that you read through all emails from email@example.com once registered. Teams may pay by check on the day of the event or may make arrangements to pay online after the event to avoid the refund process if the event has to be canceled. Due to COVID there are some modifications to this event, please read through the following.
Thank you for your understanding, we are working hard to make sure that there are opportunities for our robotics students amid these tough times. Any changes to these restrictions will be sent out as soon as possible.
Venue - The venue will be the Maize High School Gym which is attached to the Maize Career Academy where the event was previously held. Detailed maps will be sent out to coaches closer to the event.
Participation and Consent Form - All participants must complete the consent form online before attending the event.

This agenda assumes a full event. If we have less than 32 teams, times will likely be moved up. Once registered, keep an eye out for update emails from the event partner.

8:45 AM Drivers Meeting
9:00 AM Competition and Judged Awards begins
12:00 - 1:30 PM Lunch Break & Skills (Must register during check in for skills)
1:30-2:30 PM Qualification rounds continue
2:30 PM Alliance selection
2:45 PM Elimination rounds begin.
4:00 PM Tournament Concludes and Awards Ceremony begins.
4:15 PM Conclusion of Tournament
If you are interested in helping at a robotics event or helping mentor a team please contact me. Some of the roles at an event are: set up, tear down, concessions, referees, judges, running tournament software and MC. If you would like to help at this event or future events contact email@example.com. Some of these roles do require training before the event.
If the weather gets bad enough that the minimum number of teams won't be able to make it then we will cancel the event. If your team has decided not to attend due to weather please contact Zack Helgesen on the phone number listed for day of event immediately.
In the event the tournament is cancelled by the hosting school, teams will receive a refund. If teams wish to pay the day of the event or after the event, they may do so to avoid the refund process.
Please check with your school administration for any special concerns about attending an event like this before registering.
We will be hosting this event in the Maize High School gym. This is located on the EAST side of the building closest to Maize rd.
We previously held the event in the MCA hub which is on the West side of the building.
