We would like to have volunteers to help with the event.
We need help with judging, field set up, running the skills field, and end of day clean up.
Lunches will be provided for volunteers and preferred parking will be given.
Please email Margaret Trent or Caitlin Crockett if you are interested in helping.
As you know it takes a village so all support is greatly appreciated.
We intend on having our event regarless of weather. However, Sullivan County Department of Education safety policy requires that the use of school property be handled in the safest way possible. If the school system has to close the school the day prior to the event, we would have to move the event to the following weekend.
Refunds will be issued up to 14 days prior to this event if a replacement team is available to fill that spot. Refunds after that date will not be issued except in the case of extenuating circumstances at the event partners discression. Please be aware that event partners have fixed cost and rely on team registrations to meet these obligations.
