Refund Policy

All rrequests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event (October 26th, 2019 by 12:00 noon). Refunds, if approved will be processed one month following the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed.  Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are boing to be late to the event.  Match lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be rerun.

General Info

NOTE:   Paymet is due 1 week after registering your team.  If payment is not recieved within the specified time period (1 week after registering) your team will be waitlisted until payment is completed.  Your team may not compete in this tournament if payment is not recieved on time.

NOTE: Competing teams will be required to help with field reset upon completion of their matches, this will help us stay on schedule.  Please make sure competing teams know how to reset a field for completition.

NOTE:  If your team plans on competing in Robot Skills, they must sign-up for a time slot during registration.  Teams will not be allowed to compete in robot skills unless they have registered for a time slot.  Teams must be at their designated robot skills field within 5 minutes of their registered time, if your team shows up late for their registered time slot, they will not be allowed to compete in robot skills.
