This VEX VRC tournament will be Hosted by Bakersfield High School at Bakersfield High School's Cafeteria (1241 G St. Bakersfield, CA, 93301)
There will be 2 competition fields, 1 skills field, and 1 practice field for the 32 teams (no more than 5 per organization allowed).
A snack bar will be provided in the morning, a food vendor will be available from mid-morning until finals, and food establishments are within 2 miles.
Teams must check -in by 8:00 (or contact the event partner prior to 8:00), and ALL inspections must be completed by 8:45 a.m. to run match lists and insure a prompt start time at 9:00 a.m.
Team Payment must be paid ONE week (7 days) prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

OR if the weather is an issue the morning of the event call Don Wilmot at (661) 319-1170 to let us know if you will be delayed, or need to cancel.
The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in RobotEvents.com and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
There will be no refunds available for teams that choose to cancel with less than 2 weeks remaining (or fail to show up on time).
Bakersfield High School is located about 1 mile East of Highway 99 in Bakersfield CA.
Take the California Ave. exit off Highway 99 and turn East...the school will be on your left.
Turn Left on to Campus Way (the first stoplight by the school --just before the tennis courts).
Follow Campus Way past the tennis courts/ the Stadium, and into the Solar panel covered parking lot on the left.
The VEX VRC Tournament will be in the BHS Cafeteria, directly across from the eastern part of this parking lot.
