Refund Policy

No refunds after 10/7/2019 unless we can fill your spot with another team from the Waiting List.  You will need to pay in advance prior to the first event by 10/10/19.   Any refunds will be processed after the event at the event partners discretion. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If an event is going to be cancelled due to inclement weather, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible).

Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in Roobotevents and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

**Skills Challenges will take place during each of the league qualifying matches.  If there is time, we may hold skills runs on the day of the championship.

General Info

The NorCal VEX League 2.0 is sponsored by Shasta Robots and Shasta College.  Events will be hosted at various sites in Northern California (Dunsmuir HS, Anderson HS, and Shasta HS).  This season we will host 3 ranking sessions, with the final session being the league championship.  Each team will be expected to participate in 2 of the 3 sessions to be eligible for the league championship. 

For teams that are paying for participation in the league, make all checks payable to:

Robot Skills:  Per Robot Event Guidelines:

  1. We will be offering Driving and Programming Skills Challenge attempts to attending teams. The maximum number of matches is 3 of each skill.
  2. Skills Challenge scores for all official qualifying leagues will be included in the World Skills Standings on RobotEvents.com.
  3. Teams can only play in Skills Matches if they are also included in the match schedules during Ranking Sessions. Teams may not skip their Qualifying Match to play in a Skills Match.
