In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency. This is a qualifying event for the 2019-2020 VRC game Tower Takeover.

Location

Parking will be available adjacent to the facilities in faculty and student parking lots. Please turn onto Elm St from Hedding St to enter the campus. The competition will take place in the buildings numbered 6 & 7 on the following campus map:

LATE Arrivals

Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event. 

Team Payment

Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.
