The Harvey School will be holding a VRC "Tower Takeaway" state qualifying tournament at our campus in northern Westchester County, just 40 minutes north of NYC and an hour from most of Long Island. We have a beautiful facility, plenty of parking, a brand new double gym, WIFI and a separate cafeteria for a little peace and quiet if you need it. This year, we are looking for 60 teams. Each team will have 8 matches minimum.
We look forward to hosting all of you every year. Our goal is to provide the largest, most competitive and comfortable event of the year. There will be plenty of room, tables, electric and wifi for every team. Flik Independent Schools will have breakfast, lunch, and snacks available. Teams may pre-order lunch.
You will receive additional information the week before the event. If you have any additional questions, please contact John Wahlers at email@example.com or 914-523-4769 or Chris Kelly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 914-584-0980.

If you wish to volunteer, please contact John Wahlers at email@example.com or 914-523-4769. We can always use help with refereeing, scorekeeping, field setup, inspections, and food service. We offer volunteer certificates for anyone who needs community service hours. Volunteering is not limited to the Harvey community. Bring your family, neighbors, friends, relatives or complete strangers!
Check back later for a link to our online volunteer sign up form.
In the case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via email. While weather can be unpredictable, we will make a decision by 5:00am the day of the event, if not earlier. Up to date information will also be available on WHUD Storm Center at http://pamal.com/stormcenter/whud.php and at the Harvey website at www.harveyschool.org. Please check either website before you leave for the tournament. If you have further questions or have difficulty getting to the tournament on time, please call or text John Wahlers at 914-523-4769.
In the event of a snow event or other postponement, the tournament will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2020.
