3/16/2020 UPDATE - Due to the closure of NH schools until 4/3 - this event is being postponed. The future date is TBA. We will re-evaluate in early April to determine if we can find a new date or cancel. At that time if needed, Pembroke Academy Robotics will issue refunds or give you a credit towards a future event. We understand that many of you are using this event to fulfill the NH State Grant requirement - We are working with the DOE to determine the next steps. Thank you for your patience as we navigate through this time.
Please contact your regional support manager Louann Cormier at email@example.com if you have questions about the grant requirements.
We welcome rookie and vetern teams to this event as we plan to run two divisions. One for our newer teams and one for our experienced/veterns teams. So if you are running your robot for the first time or heading to the World Championship, this event is for you!
Check-in: Please be sure to check in all your teams attending at the registration table as soon as you arrive. It is especially important with multiteam organizations to notify us if one or more of your teams were NOT able to attend.
At the registration table you should receive:
A pit map (all pits are in the cafeteria)
Pizza order form pepperoni or cheese - these need to be turned in to the concession stand by 8:45. There will also be a concession stand with many other options for lunch, in addition to breakfast items and beverages..
Call: If you are running late please, call Louann at 603-340-3927 by 8:30 or your teams will not be placed in the match schedule. After 8:45 the match lists will be generated.
Do not Forget: There will be electrical drops throughout the pit area, but not every pit table will be provided with electricity, so an extension cord and power strip may be handy, in addition here are a few things you should not forget : spare parts & tools, batteries and chargers, programming cable, laptop/computer,, robot and joystick controller.
Food: Our concession stand will be open all day. There will also be pre-ordered pepperoni and cheese whole pizzas available (orders MUST be placed by 8:45)
