Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified at their registered email address of any cancellations or changes due to emergencies or bad weather.

Please make sure your contact informtion is upto date in Robot Events.

Refund and Payment Policies

Registered teams are expected to provide 1 week notice of cancellation should they be unable to attend the event. Please contact [email protected] should you have to withdraw in the final week.

REGISTERED TEAMS THAT DO NOT CANCEL IN ADVANCE WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE EVENT.
