There are no refunds for this event.
All team registrations MUST BE PAID within 2 weeks of your team registration date and at least 1 week prior to the event. Failure to meet these payment policies may result in your team being moved to the wait list.
It is unlikely we will cancel. All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancelations due to incliment weather. Please monitor event status on Robot Events cancelations will be posted there.
Volunteers are what make our robotics events thrive. Please consider helping at this and other regional events. The State Championship will also be happening on Feb 28, 29 and March 1st at the Grand Traverse Resort.

Teams who play in at least 60% of the League Play Days will be eligable to compete in the Ellimination Matches. All teams are eligable for Judging and Skills Runs on the final day.

A VEX VRC League differes from tournaments by giving teams the opportunity to participate in multiple miniture competitions that will end in the League Finals. Teams will continue to modify and improve their robot designs throughout the league.
Grand Traverse Area Catholic School will play host for our league days.
This League will be Judged for Excellence and Design Awards. Please see the Awards Tab for information about State Championship Advancement.
Teams wishing to compete for these awards must be submitted by 4:00 at the League Finals.
