Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by Cordova High School. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing. Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
We will follow the bad weather policy of our district and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for weather at the discretion of our district leadership. In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email and/or phone call.
Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering as no prior experience is necessary. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up. Volunteers will receive any training necessary and a full day of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.

Thank you for your interest in the Cordova High Halloween Spooktacular. This is a tournament competition where the winners will receive invitations to the state championships in March, 2020. Teams may check in on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Practice and skills fields may be open for teams to use on Friday evening. The main tournament will take place Saturday along with awards Saturday afternoon. A concession stand will be available all day Saturday.
We will contact you closer to the event with more details including directions, campus maps, times, and other information. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email email@example.com. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form through robotevents.com or in person at the event.
Also, there will be a costume contest where awards will be given to the best individual costume and the best collective team costumes.
