Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

7:30 am   Registration for teams,Pits open for teams, Practice fields open,Inspection begins.
8.30 am   Inspection closes.
                *Teams who have not registered or don’t have their robots inspected by 8.30 am will not be allowed to participate.
8.45 am   Event meeting
9:00 am   Qualification matches begin
12:00 pm Lunch break
12:45 pm Qualification matches resume
1: 00 pm  Skills events close
2:00 pm   Qualification matches finish
2:00 pm   Alliance selections
2:30 pm   Elimination matches begin
4:00 pm   Awards ceremony

Refund and Payment Policies

Event payments are expected when you register for this event and must be completed (showing PAID in the system) a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event, allowing space for teams on the waitlist. No refunds will be made once a team is marked PAID in the system.  Please contact [email protected] regarding any questions or concerns.
