General Info
Chino Hills Robotics is excited to host the 2018 Bulldog Holiday Waffle Challenge, a VEX Turning Point Tournament, at Ruben S. Ayala High School.
This is a California State Championship qualifying tournament.
We will have two Competition Fields, a Driver and Skills Challenge field, and a full practice field at the event.
We will have a three team limit per school/club. If the event is full, please place your team on the waiting list, and teams will be contacted as slots open. If your team(s) are available for last minute/same morning notification of openings, please email the Event Partner, Eileen Tse, at [email protected], or Lu Alecxih at [email protected] to be placed on that list.
We will offer a Preorder Lunch Pizza Combo, an email will be sent to the teams, as the tournament date nears for preorder. There are numerous dining options in the area, a list of options available at the event.
Registration/Check-in will begin at 7:30 am.
LATE Arrivals
All teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches to expedite the printing of the match schedule. A courtesy notification via phone call or text to (909) 229-6727 is appreciated. If no notification, the team will be dropped from the team list for the event.
Team Payment
All teams must be paid in full by December 1, 2018. Otherwise, teams may be dropped at the Event Partner’s discretion to allow teams in from the waitlist.
Participation and Consent Form
A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in. Download the VEX/RECF Consent & Waiver Form.
