Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, teams will be contacted by 7 am to cancel or postpone the event.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be given to teams cancelling less than a week before the competition. Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event who cancel in due time. If teams registered and paid through robotevents we must receive the funds from robotevents first, this some times takes 3-6 months. Refund from robotevents will deduct 10%.
***If you are unable to make the event do to weather or your school prohibits travel due to weather we will refund the entry fees. If Robotevents still charges us the $5 fee we will subtract that.
