Ample parking is available outside either end of the main gym. Additional parking is also located at the Jay Community Center next door and their auxiliary parking lot. We will also have overflow parking available at the ball diamonds to the east of the school if need be. If you are bringing a bus, please contact Kyle Love (email@example.com) about bus parking.
Concessions will be available on site and we will have a pizza pre-order available to teams before the event. The stand will offer typical basketball game food, drinks and candies. Please try to buy from our concession stand as those funds help to keep the registration prices reasonable and funds raised go directly to suport Jay County Robotics and our VEX IQ initiatives.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will make every attempt to accommodate the majoirty of participants. At this time, we have no make up date planned. Please call Kyle Love and/or check this robotevents page, Jay County Robotics Facebook/Twitter the day of the event with any concerns or questions about the status of the event.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event (rarely will refunds be issued and only under extreme circumstances). Refunds, if granted, will ONLY be processed as future event registration and not a monetary refund. Event payments are expected when you register for the event, or arrangements must be made with Kyle Love (email me with any questions) and must be completed prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made. In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com or the Jay County Robotics Facebook/Twitter where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and will not be re-run.
