Welcome!

This event will be hosted at Immanuel Lutheran Middle School, where the team's founder now teaches an elective robotics course.

Student Waivers

A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in. Download the VEX/ REC Foundation Consent & Waiver Form. This document can be found in the documents tab. 

This event will take advantage of VEX VIA. Please have students, coaches and fans download VEX VIA (iOS or Android) prior to the event.

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

Oftentimes registration fees paid to our team have allready been spent for parts, event registration, game pieces, ect. Therefore we will not commit to processing refunds and all sales should be considered final. If you cannot attend the tournament due to weather, conflict of schedue, ect please contact me and we will work with you to apply your credit to a future event hosted by our organization.
