General Info
Welcome to the Greenfield-Central Turning Point Qualifier. This is our 4th year hosting a VRC competition. Our tournament is an Official Indiana VEX HS/MS State Qualifying Event that is scheduled for 3 State Qualification Spots as follows: 1 = Excellence Award and 2 = Tournament Champions. We will also be offering the Skills, and Design Awards.
Please make sure you have a completed Consent form to turn in at registration.
If you are arriving late on the day of the event for any reason please contact Nick Kerkhof at 317-498-3461. If you have not contacted him by 8:45am your teams arrive after registration has closed they will be removed from the event and not included in the match list.
All payments for entry fees MUST be made 2 weeks in advance. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will make every attempt to accommodate the majoirty of participants. At this time, we have no make up date planned. In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event (rarely will refunds be issued and only under extreme circumstances). Refunds, if granted, will ONLY be processed as future event registration and not a monetary refund. Event payments are expected when you register for the event, or other arrangements must be made prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and will not be re-run.
