General Info

This is a Beckman High School Robotics event. The proceeds from this event are used to host tournaments for teams from around the Southern California area. We hope you enjoy our event.

We are considering Lunch options for the teams, an email will be sent out to the coaches with the option to order lunch for their students for the event.

During Lunch there will be also a snack bar available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Tournament is indoors. Only under severe weather circumstances would the event be cancelled. An email would be send the day before if there is a chance of cancellation.

The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Due to fixed costs refunds will not be provided within two weeks of the event and are made at the discretion of the event partner.
