No shows will not be refunded. Registering for the event on Robotevents is free. Teams must register for the KY TSA Conference.

The following specifications and reminders are in place:
1. Students need to have some form of TSA attire on when competing. A conference t-shirt, TSA shirt, official dress, VEX competition shirt; something in addition to their name badges that identify them as TSA students.
2.We will have the team meeting at 3:00 pm on day one of the conference (Monday April 23, 2018) and leave the fields up for students to practice until 6:00 pm.
3. Check-in/inspection will begin at 8:00 am on day two of the conference (Tuesday April 26, 2018) with the Robot Skill runs beginning after teams are inspected. Each team will get 3 driver and 3 programming runs. Skill runs will enad at 11:45 am.Head-to-Head finals bracket play will begin at 1:00 pm. Bracket seeding is determined by skill score rank. The Finals will be a 16 team event.

ALL teams must register with Robotevents.com VEX Robotics Competition. 1st team per organization is $150.00, $100 per team afterward. Teams already registered with robotevents for the In The Zone season are good to go.
ALL teams must be registered for the Kentucky State TSA Conference. There is no additional VEX Entry fee for the event.
