Belding High School is proud to announce their 4th annual Vex Robotics Tournament. This tournament is located in our new arena style gymnasium which will easily accommodate all teams comfortably. Each team will be given their own table with sufficient seating in the pit area. The rounded arena seating allows great spectator viewing of each match. Upon arrival, multiple practice fields will be available to teams to make those last minute adjustments. Also, each team will participate in a formal interview conducted by local industry leaders.
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Un Paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.
This event will Qualify the Excellence Award (1) and the Team Champions(3) to the State Championship.

Volunteers at our event are always welcome. If you, or someone you know, would like to volunteer please contact me at 616-794-4914. Leave a message containing the school you are calling from, number of volunteers available, and areas of volunteer interest. We are always looking for Queuing, referees, and field re-setters. Training can be provided the day of the event for most positions.
In case of bad weather conditions you will receive an email detailing either the total cancealation of adjustment of registration times. You may also contact me at 616-794-4914 to inquire as to the weather conditions or if you are going to be arriving late. Match schedules will be generated with you or without you. These schedules cannot be re-run. Communication is key.
Due to the close proximity of this event to the final State Tournament all requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior tothe date of this event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event.
