This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of exceedingly bad weather, BRC will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. If the event cannot continue on its original schedule (e.g.  due to a state of emergency), every effort will be made to reschedule the event as soon as possible. Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds must be requested by January 1, 2018 and $5 will be subtracted from the refund to cover RECF administration costs.

Due to the nature of costs associated with hosting events, the BRC is unable to offer refunds to teams that cancel their registration after January 1,2018. However, please let us know if you are unable to attend so that we can better plan for the event.

Although the BRC has never canceled an event before, if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event partner must cancel the scheduled event, the event will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
