In order to keep our event running on-time, check-in will close promptly at 8:30 AM the morning of the event. Teams not registered by 8:30 AM will lose their spot and no refunds will be given. Please contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and will not be re-run.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will make every attempt to accommodate the majoirty of participants.  At this time, we have no make up date planned.  In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event (rarely will refunds be issued and only under extreme circumstances). Refunds, if granted, will ONLY be processed as future event registration and not a monetary refund.  Event payments are expected when you register for the event, or other arrangements must be made prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register.   Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and will not be re-run.
