VRC Qualifying Tournament
This VRC event is a qualifying event to the Washington VRC State Championships and is open to all registered VRC teams. The following awards will qualify to the Washington State Championship:
(1) - Excellence
(3) - Tournament Champions
(1) - Design Award
The event must meet the VRC Qualifying Criteria for the results to upload to RobotEvents, which can be viewed in the Uploaded Documents. The state qualification spots are determined by the capacity of the State Championship, the number of events in the state, and the size of the event. The number of state championship spots for each local event are initially determined by the event capacity and will be reassessed one week prior to the event. Check-In PLEASE check-in ALL your teams competing for the day at the registration table as soon as you arrive . Check-in ends at 8:30 SHARP so we can generate the match list. If you are running into travel issues and will not arrive by 8:00 am - call or text 360-319-9934 and I will check your teams in so they will be in the match list. Teams who do not meet the check-in deadline will not be placed in the day
Inspection Please have your teams go to the inspection tables as soon as you arrive. Please have ALL your teams go through the inspection list and make sure they are in compliance BEFORE they come to the event!

We will be monitoring regional forecasts when considering alterations or cancellations. In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations/schedule alterations, updates will be posted on Robotevents.com. Please call Paul Clement @ 360-319-9934 if you have specific questions or concerns.
Late Arrival
If your team will be late you MUST contact Paul Clement @ 360-319-9934 by 8:30 am as the match lists are run at 9:00 am. Phone calls are better than texts due to data transfer time lag. Teams will not be included in the schedule after this time. Please call/text 360-319-9934 prior to 8:30 am.
Refund and Payment Policies
All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds if approved will be processed within 2 months following the event and will be for the full amount minus $5.00 REC Foundation processing fee.
