ASIJ is able to help your book accommodation in areas that are easy commutes to the school via train. Please plan to commute via the train system as taxis can be prohibitively expensive.
Areas that you should book hotels in are Shinjuku, Kichijogi and Musashisakie.
Escort to school from Musashisakai or Tama stations can be arranged.
Please note that some hotels in Japan charge per PERSON.

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.
Event is indoors. In the event of severe weather the event may be cancelled. Teams will be notified accordingly.
All assistance is welcome. Please contact the Event Partner directly to volunteer at this event.

As this is an event that qualifies a team from Japan for the World Championship, priority will be given to schools based in Japan for registration.
If a team from Japan wins the Excellence award they can earn a spot to the World Championship. If the Excellence award goes to a team from outside Japan, the Japanese based team with the highest Robot Skills score (combined programming and driver) at the event will earn the World Championship spot.
