To participate in the Washington TSA State Conference VEX tournament, you must belong to an affiliated TSA chapter within Washington, in good standing with dues paid. You must be registered for the State Conference through the Washington TSA registration database, which can only be done by a TSA advisor. You must also be registered with RobotEvents as a current VEX team.
Only three teams are allowed per school to compete at the State Conference.
Washington will register the Top 2 high school teams, and Top 1 middle school team, for TSA Nationals. All costs of attending TSA Nationals will be provided by the teams/schools. No funds will be provided by Washington TSA.
The cost of the VEX competition is included in the cost of conference registration. In addition, the team MUST be registered as a team through VEX Robotics.
VEX Robotics is one of 64 events conducted at the Washington TSA State Conference. This event will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017. The full schedule of events will be available when students register for the conference.

The Washington TSA State Conference will be held regardless of weather conditions. There is no refund for weather delays or cancellations.
Registration for the Washington TSA State Conference is not refundable. Advisors must ascertain whether students are attending the conference prior to sending in registration. There will be no refunds, or cancellations, after the February 8th registration deadline. There will be a one week late registration period, with requisite late fees.
Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
