General Info

The event will be part of the TSA conference in April, which is held at the State Fairgrounds. Only Delaware TSA teams may register.

Skills Challenges

This year, we will be using two fields for the Skills challenges. Each team will be allowed up to 3 tries for each skills challenge. The highest score for each challenge will be used to determine advancement into the head-to-head tournament.

Head-to-Head Tournament

The top 8 ranked teams from the skills challenges will advance to the head-to-head tournament. There are no alliances for the TSA VEX Tournament. Based on time restrictions, we are anticipating the first round to be single elimination and the last 2 rounds to be double elimination.

Volunteer

Please inform Travis Bower if you are bringing someone to the tournament that would be willing and able to assist with field set-up between matches. These people could be chaperones, parents, or even non-VEX student participants.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event will be held on the following day if the tournament cannot be held on 4/27.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be offered for teams or individuals that do not attend the event.

Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
