General Info

Waiting List

A Waiting List will be maintained, to replace possible withdrawals. Teams can add themselves to the Waiting List or contact Joe Amaro at joseph.amaro@sweetwaterschools.org. if any openings are available two weeks prior to the event, Waiting List teams will be notified to see if they are still interested.

On-Site Food and Concessions

Registration includes one large COSTCO pizza, and four soft drinks for each team. Additional food can be pre-ordered.

It is our goal to keep our participants safe and provide the best possible environment. We highly recommend that students no matter what age do not leave the campus once on site. We try to provide snacks and lunch at a reasonable cost to help with that. We will send you a menu of what will be available at our concessions stand so that you can plan accordingly.

Engineering Notebooks

The Engineering Notebook for the Excellence and Design awards will be turned in when interviewed, and returned after the judging interview.

Knowing the sacrifice and resource commitment that every team experiences, we will make every effort to adhere to the posted agenda.
To help to do so, the Head Referee will make every effort to start matches on time, and may start without a team in place.
We ask that your teams carefully review the match lists and allow time to meet and strategize with their alliances, and Queue, and get to the field at the proper time.

Inspection

Please read and understand the check list for Robot inspection. Please arrive ready to have your Robot inspected. If you are not ready to have your bot inspected or are having trouble getting your bot ready for inspection, please let the Inspectors know. We will be using flags for identification. Please have a place to install a flag. Please have the ability to change out colored license plates for each match.
