Invitation and Visa Letter Requests

The REC Foundation is happy to provide visa and invitation letters to teams. In order to process visa and invitation letters, teams must complete two simple steps. First, the team should register and pay for the competition. Next, the team's primary contact should email the following information to support@robotevents.com:

• Team name and number
• Names and passport numbers of all team members and mentors
• Address of the visa/embassy office

All visa and invitation letter requests should be submitted to the REC Foundation as soon as possible to ensure proper time for processing.

Please note that the REC Foundation will not produce a separate letter for each team member. Instead, the foundation will produce a letter for the entire team and attach the list of team members and mentors.

World Championship Qualification

Teams on the winning alliance and the Excellence Award winner from the Skyrise division will earn spots to the 2015 World championship in Anaheim.

Volunteer Information

To volunteer at the 2014 VEX Summer Games, please go to the REC Foundation National Volunteer Management System click here. Be sure to check "International VEX Summer Games" in the event preference section of the application.

Skyrise Game Division

Immediately following the 2014 VEX Robotics World Championship New Game unveiling, teams that have registered for the Toss Up division at this event will be allowed to register one team for the 2014 VEX Summer Games Skyrise Game Division at an additional cost. In order to register for the Skyrise Game Division, teams must have registered for the Toss Up Division and have registered for the new 2014-2015 season at www.robotevents.com.
