General Info
Welcome to the first VRC/VIQRC mixed event of the season hosted at Templestowe College!
We’re excited to welcome all participating teams and look forward to an engaging day of robotics, collaboration, and competition. Please review the important information below to help your team prepare for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The venue offers a dynamic environment for teams to showcase their robotics skills and engage with peers in a supportive setting.

Arrival and Departure Times:
Doors open at 8:30 AM
Event concludes at 4:00 PM
Please ensure your team arrives on time and remains for the full event duration.
Parking:
Overflow parking is available on Templestowe College's oval.
Note: Buses are not able to exit via the lower gate of the college.
Food Sales:
Lunch will be available for purchase from the TC canteen, with options ranging between $8–$16.
We recommend students with dietary requirements bring their own lunch to ensure suitable choices are available.

Plenty of opportunities for fast-paced, exciting matches throughout the day.
Cost:
$50 per team
Invoices will be sent by In2Robotics.
Please do not make payments via Robot Events invoices.
Judging:
There will be no judged awards at this event.

We are currently seeking parent volunteers to help support the event on the day. If you could reach out to the parents of your team members and ask if they are available, it would be greatly appreciated.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
