Please watch local news channels and/or the district's social media page for school closings due to weather and other emergencies.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All teams are entitled to a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Cancellation must be done on or before the closing date to receive a full refund. After closing date teams may forfeit part or all of the registration fee.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
