Key Information:

  • Registration Desk: Please check in at the registration desk upon arrival to confirm your participation and receive event materials.
  • Pit Area: You will be assigned a pit area to set up your team’s workspace. Please ensure that your robot and equipment are ready to go on time. No tents, canopies or hammocks allowed. Each team will be provided a 6ft X 4ft table that you can decorate. 
  • Rules & Guidelines: Please take a moment to review the code of conduct document . 


    Digital engineering notebook submission via robotevents. Due date : March 1st, 2025.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

In the event of bad weather, coaches will be informed via email. Please make sure that the contact information is accourate on robot events.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  No refunds

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds

 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
