Texas Region 2 Championship tournament for Middle School VEXV5.

 

We will not have concessions for this tournament, however we will have Kona-Ice and Tom's traveling coffee truck just outside for your enjoyment.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of inclimate weather causing cancellation, the tournament will be rescheduled as quickly as possible. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds may be issued if the team cannot attend the rescheduled championship event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds may be issued if a coach withdraws 3 weeks before the event.

Refunds will not be issued after that date

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.  Notebooks must be submitted digitally by Wednesday February 19 @ 11:59pm
