General Info

This is an invitational tournament geared toward teams that have not qualified for state and have not been in many tournaments this season. If you would like to be in the tournament, place your teams on the waiting list and we will notify the teams that will be invited. Preference will also go to the teams/organizations who are assisting us with the tournament.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If there is an emergency or in case of bad weather, we will be in contact via email. We will do everything we can do to have the event including the possibility of starting later in the morning. We certainly do not anticipate any issues on March 8th.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We have no intention of canceling the event but if we do, we will offer credit toward tournaments we host next season.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refunds.

 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
