General Info
The Zionsville Steel Eagles are pleased to welcome you to the 2025 Zionsville Winter V5 Robotics Competition Tournament!
We will have a skills field open throughout the day and will be giving out the following awards:

Logistics
Our tournament will be held in the Fieldhouse at Zionsville Community High School. Please enter at Door 3, which is on the south side of the school. Plenty of parking is available outside of Door 3. Please note, if you enter other doors which may be unlocked for other events there may be gates closed which will prevent you from getting to the fieldhouse.
A full concession stand will be available.
We will NOT be doing Pizza pre-orders for this event. However Greeks Pizzeria will have their Pizza Van at the event and will be selling slices of pizza outside of Door 3.
We will be judging PAPER notebooks. Notebooks will be judged by the same judges conducting the interview for each team, teams should bring their notebook to the interview with them.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

All posted match times are approximate, and we will strive to run the event as efficiently as possible, on time, and we will allow matches to get ahead of the posted times if we are able.
Doors open at 7:30 AM and inspections will start by 7:45 AM. Please come with your robot ready for inspection so we can get started on time.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Coaches will be contacted via email in the event of a disruption due to weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued minus the Robot Event Fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
All payments must be paid by January 29th, 2025
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
