General Info
In consideration of the Volunteer State Robotics Foundation's goal of raising the awareness of Competitive Robotics in Education, we've come to realize that sometimes you have to "bring the game to the people". Thousands attend the Tennessee State Fair. For many attendees, this will be their first opportunity to witness the epic awesomeness of a live V5 Robotics Competition. Prepare to join us on Sunday, August 17, 2025, wielding the power of your robot design, version 1.0, and ready to impress, beyond measure, your fans & head referee(s). We look forward to an amazing competition and a fantastic start to the Tennessee Region "Push Back" Season.
Teams that are registered by noon on August 10, will recieve free gate admission for each team member and one adult with an RECF liability waiver on file.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the unlikely event that an emergency/weather would force the event to be cancelled, all listed team coaches will be notified by provided email and phone as early as possible. The cancellation information will also be posted on the main page of the VSRF website: volunteerstaterobotics.org
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be provided.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be provided.
Payment is due within two weeks of registration. If more time is needed to process payment please contact EP. Teams who have not made other arrangements with the EP and are not paid by August 1 will be moved to the waitlist.
