General Info
We are excited to welcome teams to Robot Rodeo, the first DFW Signature Event!
PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due 3 weeks following the date of registration. Teams that do not meet this deadline will be moved to the waitlist.
The 4th floor of the Irving Convention Center is a beautiful space overlooking the city and close to the DFW airport. Many hotel and restaurant options are nearby. Hotel block information will be provided prior to the opening of registration.
NO outside food or drinks may be brought into the facility. More information about food options will be provided at a later time.
The event WILL be livestreamed, so watch for more info.
This event will advance three (3) teams to the VEX Robotics World Championships: Tournament Champions (2) and Excellence Award (1)*

*World Spot Eligibility:
Signature Events will be awarded World Championship qualification spots if they meet all established criteria set forth by the REC Foundation. Failure to fully comply with these criteria may result in the event being ineligible to receive World spots, regardless of prior expectations or historical precedent

Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Policy:
PAYMENT IS DUE 3 WEEKS FOLLOWING REGISTRATION. FOR TEAMS THAT REGISTER IN DECEMBER, ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY DECEMBER 19.
Refund Policy:
There are NO REFUNDS available for this event.
Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline will be published prior to the opening of registration.
