The Robolabs Foundation invites your teams to participate in the flagship VEX Worlds Championship qualifying One World VEX MS Signature Event @ UC Berkeley, California. As part of the One World Initiative, the first registered 3 teams from the world will receive a complete registration fee waiver. With 64 top-notch teams from all over the United States and the globe competing at the #1 Public University in the World, the One World VEX HS Signature Event promises to be one of the most exciting events of the 2025-2026 VEX Robotics Competition Season. Signature Events will be awarded World Championship qualification spots if they meet all established criteria set forth by the REC Foundation. Failure to fully comply with these criteria may result in the event being ineligible to receive World spots, regardless of prior expectations or historical precedent

Volunteers Needed!
We will need a lot of volunteers to set up the venue on the preparation day and to operate the event smoothly on the competition day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
In the case of an emergency/bad weather, we will make adjustments to the agenda and notify all teams via email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:
- Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled by the host.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / Remote Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted via Zoom. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
