General Info
Welcome to the Centennial CyberHawks early season tournament. The location may change depending on if a 2nd event partner takes on the challenge.
We will have a full VEX Tournament featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field.
There are currently 32 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 4 teams per organization are allowed. Make sure that you are marked as paid by the payment deadline or you may be moved to the waitlist at the discretion of the Event Partner.
Teams need to arrive by 8:15am so that they can be inspected before the 8:45am deadline. Teams that have not checked in by 8:30am will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run.Teams that are running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.
This event is in California Region 3, so only teams based in this region will be able to directly qualify for the regional championships at this event (number of qualifying spots to be determined at a later date).

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If weather causes travel delays or prevents teams from competing, a refund (less the $5 RobotEvents fee) may be available. Contact [email protected] before the beginning of the event. Please make sure your team contact information is up to date in your RobotEvents.com account in case we need to contact your team prior to the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Due to the costs involved with this event, any refunds will be given after all the event expenses has been paid. Every effort will be made to provide full refunds in this scenario.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Only under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of the EPs will the team will be given a full refund (minus the $5 robotevents fee). Otherwise, no refund will be given.
Teams that have not paid by the deadline will be moved to the waitlist.
Health and Safety Policies
Any applicable health and safety protocols will be communicated within 2 weeks of the event, based on local health department guidelines
